We help guide you through the final 2 months of the planning process, answer questions, offer advice and coordinate the details on the day-of execution for the wedding. This package allows you to sit back and let those final details come together as we help you sit back, relax, and focus on celebrating your big day! This package ranges from $3,000-$5,000 and includes:

Pre-Wedding

• Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline and floorplan

• Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

• Supply any needed vendor recommendations.

• One rehearse practice (date & time in planner and client’s choice)

Wedding Day

• Acting as the point of contact and distributing final payments & gratuities for all vendors

• Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

• Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

• Directing the ceremony processional

• Organizing the collection of gifts and personal items from wedding and arrange for them to be delivered to pre-arranged location

• Providing an emergency kit and deal with any unforeseen hiccups

• Up to 12 hours on-site with your coordination team
